The Akwa Ibom State chapter of the Institute of Charted Secretaries and Directors of Nigeria (ICSAN) has felicitated its Nationwide Vice President, Mrs. Uto Ukpanah, for rising because the first-ever International Company Secretary of the Yr.
A message of felicitation signed by the chairman ICSAN, Uyo Chapter, Mrs. Chinonyerem Ini Ememobong, ACIS, indicated that the award, which was given on the maiden version of the Company Secretary Worldwide Affiliation (CSIA) International Governance Award held on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, was a worldwide recognition, thus placing the governance institute on the worldwide corridor of fame and excellence.
Mrs. Ememobong applauded the ICSAN Nationwide Vice Chairman, who can also be the corporate secretary of MTN Nigeria, for rising winner via a stringent strategy of analysis by a jury of skilled practitioners, and thought leaders within the subject of company governance. She described the event as a uncommon feat worthy of commendation.
