Starting
If we’re to stroll, let’s begin from there,
As if we met for the primary time.
Your eyes had the flicker of stars,
And I too appeared stressed for you.
You have been prepared for love,
I used to be intoxicated with it,
Companionship was the final word devotion,
So that each morning was mine, each night yours,
We loved numerous moments of closeness.
I wanted to bathe each step of yours,
With the attractive colours of life.
In comparison with the darkish clouds of your hair,
I’d put aside the comforts of the world.
Your insanity was simply as intense,
My footsteps captured your consideration.
Your lips, cheeks, and eyes, so desolate,
Would brighten up upon seeing my face.
Oh my harmless admirer, my companion,
If we’re to begin, let’s start similar to that.
