Veteran insurance coverage govt Albert Benchimol has been elected as a brand new non-executive director of the board of Aegon Ltd, the worldwide monetary companies holding firm that has modified its authorized seat to Bermuda.
Mr Benchimol, previously the president and chief govt of Axis Capital Holdings, was elected at Aegon’s annual normal assembly of shareholders in Bermuda.
Additionally on the AGM, Lard Friese was re-elected as govt director of the board, and Corien Wortmann-Kool, Caroline Ramsay and Thomas Wellauer have been every re-elected as non-executive administrators.
