The Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lelook Baggage Academy, to advance Nigeria’s export capabilities and empower native artisans.
This strategic collaboration goals to harness the rising international demand for historically handcrafted luggage, catering to an estimated market exceeding 1.3 billion customers throughout African areas.
On the official MoU signing ceremony in Abuja on Thursday, the Govt Director/Chief Govt Officer of NEPC, Mrs. Nonye Ayeni, hailed the partnership as a major milestone.
She emphasised its position in addressing essential nationwide priorities reminiscent of job creation, youth empowerment, and strengthening financial safety, aligning with President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
Ayeni expressed confidence within the collaboration’s potential, stating, “Our partnership with Lelook Baggage Academy marks the daybreak of transformative initiatives for Nigeria.
