Ten years after the administration of late former governor Abiola Ajimobi arrested and jailed infamous transport union chief, Mukaila Lamidi, popularly referred to as Auxiliary, officers of the Division of State Companies (DSS) has once more arrested him.
A high authorities official who craved anonymity revealed that Auxilliary, the displaced head of the Oyo State Park Administration System (PMS) was arrested by operatives of the key police Tuesday afternoon.
It will be recalled that Auxilliary, who was at a degree dreaded in Ibadan, the state’s capital, had been arrested by the Ajimobi administration across the third week of Could, 2014.
He was lastly jailed in 2016 and launched in direction of the tail finish of the federal government in 2018.
The ousted transport union chief fell out with the present administration of Governor Seyi Makinde over battle with the officers of the state chapter of the Nationwide Union of Highway Transport Staff (NURTW) in Could, 2023.
