Additionally in his speech, Governor Bago mentioned, “As encapsulated in our pact with Nigerlites below the New Niger Agenda, this groundbreaking ceremony marks the start of the development of the 84km normal dual-carriageway with road lights, interchanges and underpasses at each ends of the highway, fulfilling a promise.”
