In a big growth for navy coaching and safety within the Niger Delta area, Rivers State governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has inaugurated the brand new Navy Coaching Command Headquarters within the Ebubu group of Eleme native authorities space of the State.
The mission, introduced by the Chief of Naval Workers, Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla, throughout a courtesy go to to the Rivers State Authorities Home in Port Harcourt, sees the headquarters relocated from Lagos State to Rivers State, highlighting its essential positioning in an oil-rich and strategically vital area.
