The lineup of actions for the tenth Africa Magic Viewers’ Alternative Awards (AMVCA) will start on Friday, Might 10, 2024, with the Cultural Day occasion.
The Cultural Day occasion will formally kick off the collection of actions previous the Award Night time on the D-Day on Saturday, Might 11.
Dr. Busola Tejumola, Government Head, Content material and West Africa Channels, MultiChoice West Africa, expressed her pleasure concerning the upcoming occasion, stating that the award ceremony has loved immense progress and recognition since its inception in 2013.

The tenth AMVCA will see winners emerge from 25 classes comprising 16 non-voting, 9 viewers voting classes, and recipients of two recognition awards – Lifetime Achievement and Trailblazer Awards.
Sponsored classes embrace; Greatest Lead Actor and Actress classes, sponsored by Verve and Quickteller respectively, the Greatest Film, Greatest Digital Content material Creator, and Greatest Indigenous Africa Magic Originals classes sponsored by Amstel Malta, and the Greatest Director class sponsored by Martell. MTN sponsors the Greatest Brief Film class, and the Greatest in Cinematography class is sponsored by TECNO, whereas the Greatest Unscripted M-net authentic and Greatest Writing TV Sequence classes are sponsored by Indomie.
